His wife an WebDwight Armstrong (1986-- ) from Polacca, First Mesa, AZ . Dwight has been carving since he was 7 years old. The butterfly is his favorite Katsina to carve. Dwight told us that he is returning to carving to keep the tradition alive. The elders have told him that the young people are losing their language and their culture.
