WebJun 20, 2011 · I’ve got a 1920 garage leaning to the left (if you are standing inside the doorway looking out). It’s about .75″ out of plumb. It’s really just the front of the garage that is racked — from the middle to the back, it’s plumb. I would welcome thoughts on best way to move it back. The sill plate is broken and the lower end of a stud is missing around where it's broken.
