WebPolicy is always positive reinforcement only, but I've heard stories of trainers skewing into aversive techniques. I've really enjoyed the classes as has my pup, and I think we got super lucky to have fantastic trainers. I believe it's about $120 per 6 week course, so I do wish they included a couple more weeks.
