The Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation, and Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians are all Patwin groups and active tribal governments. Webbregion has been based on studies and ethnographies of the Pomo peoples. The Hill Patwin, their neighbors to the east in the periphery between the North Coast and the Central Valley, can greatly contribute to our understanding of the region by illustrating the flow of cultural influences across regional boundaries.
